2020 Annual Dinner - November 14

WE HAVE A NEW BANQUET DATE!

Governor McMaster has graciously agreed to a new Saturday November 14 date for our annual fundraiser banquet and we look forward to this great event with Governor McMaster as our keynote speaker.

Per new Covid regulations, we will abide by state regulations that call for limited capacities at public gatherings (250 max); however, we still must remain committed to raising resources as priority #1 for this event. All of the tables at the event will be limited to 4 people each to insure social distancing. Therefore, our main goal in the next weeks is to sell at least 30 tables to those willing to sponsor us at $300 per table. AFTER THESE TABLES ARE SOLD we will then sell individual tickets until capacity is met.

Obviously, this puts tickets at a premium so please let us know if you want to get in on the initial table sales. Please help us meet our main goal of raising monies to purchase venison that we supply to agencies throughout our state that are feeding the hungry among us.
