Deer Donation Drawing Entry Rules
Eligibility
Every deer donation to a Participating Processor is an entry into the drawing. Participants can have multiple entries, providing they are for individual deer donations and have an accompanying SC DNR confirmation number. All information must be completed to be considered a valid entry.
Release of Name and Likeness
Winners may be required to consent to the use of their name, likeness, and other information for promotional purposes.
Disqualification
Entrants may be disqualified for violating the rules or tampering with the entry process.
Entry Requirements
All entries must be completed on the SC Hunters for the Hungry link on the website. The link can be found on Facebook, Instagram, and schuntersforthehungry.com/events
Drawing Date
The drawing will be held on January 14th, 2026 after all entries have been completed. The drawing will be filmed and posted to social media. A back-up winner may be drawn if the prizes go unclaimed.
Claiming Prizes
Winners must meet all eligibility requirements before receiving their prize. All prizes are the responsibility of the winner and must be claimed by the winner. Grand Prize must be redeemed through Shooters Choice in West Columbia, SC. All other prize claims will be coordinated with SCHFH staff. If there are any conflicts with pick up of any prizes, SC Hunters for the Hungry reserves the right to adjust the claim process.
