Sheriff Bill Rhyne
Spartanburg County
Sheriff Bill Rhyne is a lifelong Spartanburg County resident and graduate of Chapman High School. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he began his career with the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office before serving with the South Carolina Highway Patrol, where he retired as a Lieutenant and Executive Commander. He is known for his commitment to community-focused policing and building trust through service and engagement.
