Our Mission
Our mission is to provide food for those facing hunger in South Carolina by partnering with nonprofits that share our vision. We focus all our efforts and resources on feeding families in need.
How We Do It
We collect legally harvested meat across South Carolina, process it at state-approved facilities, and distribute it to 39 nonprofit organizations, helping feed over 15,000 people annually. At our Pacolet facility, we support 150 families with monthly giveaways that include meat, groceries, paper products, and cleaning supplies. During natural disasters, we provide emergency food relief.
Our Goals
- Provide high-protein food to individuals in need.
- Expand partnerships with processors, food banks, and social organizations.
- Reduce waste of natural resources.
- Improve the efficiency of distributing processed meat to local communities.
Giving History
In our first year, we received over 10,000 pounds of meat donations. By 2017, that number grew to over 60,000 pounds. Each year, we also distribute more than 50,000 pounds of additional food and essential household items to families across the state.
