Operation Round-Up

Processors

If you would like to participate in Operation Round-Up, here is how it works. When a hunter pays your processing fee, you can suggest they donate any part of the total meat to South Carolina Hunters and Landowners for the Hungry. We will provide a sign for your business asking them to donate part of their meat.

If they want to make a donation, please accept the money and put it toward the processing fee you would be reimbursed by our organization.

Please call or email us if you have meat that has been donated and we will arrange to have it distributed or picked up.

Our email address is schuntersforthehungry@gmail.com or a good contact number is (484) 542-9158.

Please help us with our mission of feeding hungry people in South Carolina.

Hunters

Your hunting skills and harvest can be part of the solution for the problem of hunger in your community. Below are three ways you can help:

  1. When you drop off your legally harvested deer at your processor, ask the processor if you can donate part or all of the meat to SC Hunters and Landowners for the Hungry. Our volunteers will make sure the meat gets delivered to an agency that will use it to feed the hungry in your community.
  2. Make a donation to help offset our processor reimbursements. We are a 501(c)(3) organization, so your donation is tax deductible and 100% of your donation goes exclusively to the accumulation and delivery of meat to the hungry in your area. Click here to donate.
  3. Become a volunteer with our organization. Click here to learn about volunteering.
